Founder & President
John W. Boyd, Jr.
John W. Boyd, Jr. is the Founder and President of the National Black Farmers Association. A working farmer and nationally recognized agricultural and civil rights advocate, Boyd has spent more than three decades fighting for Black farmers, family farm preservation, land retention, access to agricultural credit, fair treatment by USDA, and economic opportunity for farmers and rural communities.
